Don hails from Washington D.C., fondly known as Chocolate City. When many overlooked the city's potential for a new look, Don saw an opportunity to rebuild his hometown. He reinvested back into it, gave back to the community, and made a pretty penny in the process. One of the most notable business projects managed under his corporation is 2100 Martin Luther King Avenue: A mixed-use development in Washington, D.C., which played a significant role in the revitalization of the historic Anacostia neighborhood.
